Terms & Conditions — jilivi Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilivi website located at https://jilivi.net and all associated services, applications, and features provided by jilivi (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering with, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jilivi Platform and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms apply to all users of the jilivi Platform regardless of the device used to access it, the geographic location of the user within Bangladesh, or the specific services accessed. They apply equally to players who access jilivi via mobile browser on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk networks and to those who access via desktop or tablet.

jilivi may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. jilivi shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The jilivi Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. jilivi maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to enforce this restriction.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use a jilivi account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system).
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of jilivi, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You are not using any automated software, bot, or script to access, interact with, or manipulate any part of the Platform.
• You do not have an existing jilivi account that has been suspended or permanently closed by jilivi for a breach of these Terms.

jilivi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

To access real-money services on jilivi, including deposits, betting, and casino games, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one account on jilivi. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivi account credentials, including your username and password. jilivi strongly recommends that you:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your jilivi account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jilivi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jilivi that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jilivi's support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your jilivi account is your responsibility. jilivi shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All financial transactions on jilivi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jilivi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on jilivi is ৳200 for mobile financial services including bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed in the jilivi cashier section at the time of deposit. Maximum deposit limits are determined by jilivi's risk management protocols and may vary by account verification level and payment method.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same jilivi account, except where jilivi's support team approves an alternative method in writing.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies for each payment method and is displayed in the jilivi cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. jilivi may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all jilivi bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.

jilivi reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. If jilivi determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players — jilivi reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings on the account and to close the account without refund.

As a user of the jilivi Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — personal entertainment through legitimate online gaming — in a manner that is consistent with these Terms, applicable law, and the reasonable expectations of a responsible adult player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilivi Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting or enabling another person to do so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with jilivi support.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated means including bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the jilivi Platform, its software, or its games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players with the intent to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown technical error are void and must be returned to jilivi upon request.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or offensive communication with jilivi staff or other players via any support channel.

jilivi monitors all account and transaction activity to detect policy violations. If you become aware of a bug or technical error that is producing unexpected results, you are obligated to stop play immediately and notify jilivi's support team. Failure to report a known error and continuing to play with the intent to exploit it will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

All content on the jilivi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jilivi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The jilivi name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jilivi. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilivi Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jilivi Platform without express written permission.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from any jilivi content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jilivi website on any other website or digital service without prior written authorisation.

Games available on the jilivi Platform are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game content remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing conditions. jilivi operates those games under licence and makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

jilivi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity associated with the account.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under jilivi's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring jilivi to restrict or terminate access.
• Any activity that jilivi reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jilivi may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (for example, as a responsible gaming measure), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting active bonus funds will be refunded to the player via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
